Our school office hours are 8.30 - 4.00 each day.  Barbara Phillips and Kath Charlton are here to answer your questions, receive payments and sell stationery items.  We have eftpos facilities but can't accept credit cards.
You can email us during school hours if you have any queries about activities or other events at school.

For absences you may leave a message on the Absence Line - 358 1469, send a text - 027 755 7753, e mail us at office@parkland.school.nz, or call in to the office. We can spend a lot of time each day following up unexplained absences, so it is really helpful if you do notify us.
If children arrive late, please ask them to check in at the office when they arrive at school so they can be marked as 'present.'

If you need to get a message to your child during the day, we are happy to do this. Please phone rather than e mail.

Banking day is Tuesday. Banking needs to be at the office by 9.00. NZCU Baywide is our school banking provider. Registration forms are available from the office.

Please remember to notify us of any changes of address, employment and contact numbers. If your child is unwell we need to be able to contact you.
