School Charter

A copy of the School Charter is available from the office for parents to view.

Policy Documents

The Board of Trustees is charged with developing  School policies.  These statements may be written by Staff, Board of Trustees or community.  A copy of the School Policy Documents are available on request. Copies of individual policies are also available on request.

A uniform policy is provided with the enrolment form.

SunSmart Policy

Parkland School was one of the first schools in New Zealand to require sunhats for all pupils to be worn during summer months.  This Parkland bottle green bucket style hat is available for purchase from the office at a cost of $15.00.  Each child is required to have their own named hat.  Sunscreen is provided in a dispenser near the library for the use of children.
